IT professional, infrastructure entrepreneur, systems strategist & bestselling author — FPRSM
Mmesoma Egwu founded OrangeHub with the conviction that a Nigerian technology company could compete through ideas, execution and excellence. His approach to business is deeply influenced by his belief that technology should not exist simply because it is impressive — it should solve something.
It should make a business more efficient. Make a community safer. Make education more accessible. Make energy more reliable. Make infrastructure smarter. Or create an opportunity that did not exist before.
Under his leadership, OrangeHub has evolved into a multidisciplinary technology and engineering company working across several areas of the Nigerian economy. He holds a Professional Fellowship and Doctorate in Strategic Management (FPRSM) from the Chartered Institute of Public Resource Management and Politics, Ghana.
He founded Orangehub Engineering Limited in 2019 with a singular conviction: Nigeria’s infrastructure gap is an opportunity to build. Under his leadership, Orangehub has grown from a single-city ICT firm into a nationally recognised, multi-state engineering company active in 17+ states.
Think boldly. Build properly. Keep learning. Deliver. And perhaps most importantly: leave people better than you found them.
That belief — “everyone you meet should leave you better than they met you” — has shaped OrangeHub’s culture from the beginning, guiding how the company builds both technology and people.
Alongside leading Orangehub Engineering Limited, Meso Egwu serves as Founder and Chairman of Nortwest Energies, Managing Director of Egwu Farms Limited, and Pioneer Chairman of the Civil Defence Community — the citizen participation arm of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), established in 2024.
